Company history
Outdoor Solutions, s.r.o. company was founded from free association of outdoor professionals (RHM factor). Our aim is to provide services in three areas of concern: EDUCATION, TEAM SPIRIT and INCENTIVE PROGRAMMES.
To accomplish those aims we’ve chosen methods of experiential education and outdoor training. Our individual approach to each of our clients gained us increasing interest in our services from both Czech and international companies ever since the foundation. The reliance of our clients means great obligation for us to continuously look for new approaches and solutions for quality programmes.
In last year 2007 we counted among our satisfied clients more than 3000 people from small, middle as well as big transnational companies.
We are satisfied that our company shows steady economical growth measured in the number of realized courses (+43%) and the number of clients (+15%), as well as in amount of company turnover (+75%).
In 2007 the structure of our company portfolio changed slightly as we encountered increased number of educational courses compared to year 2006 (+12,5%) and also the interest in rope centres (on trees as well as on poles).

By the end of 2006 20 more companies joined the group of our satisfied clients. More than 2 600 people participated in our courses in 2006.
By the end of autumn season 2005 the number of our clients went up another 1 732 course participants.
In 2004 1 584 people participated in Outdoor Solutions courses.
In 2002 348 people participated in RHM factor company courses, one year later it was 643 people.
